Spinal Decompression Treatment
Spinal decompression is the cornerstone technology on which we built our DISC Protocol and remains one of the defining features of our clinic. Gently stretching the spine in a highly controlled way creates negative pressure that relieves nerve compression while drawing fluids and nutrients back into the disc. This not only reduces pressure but also actively encourages healing and rehydration.
For many patients, decompression offers a safe, non‑surgical alternative to repeated physio, injections, or invasive procedures. Within the DISC Protocol, it is the only technology known to directly target disc regeneration, making it invaluable for herniated or degenerated discs, sciatica, and chronic nerve compression. It plays a central role in easing pain, restoring comfort, and allowing discs to repair themselves.
We provide extensive educational resources on decompression therapy in our blog series.
